Concentric craters

Craters are one inside the other and having the same center. Boussingault (represented by B in the picture) and Boussingault A (shown in photo by BA) would be an example of this type of crater. Therein the lower Boussingault The crater is not perfectly on center Boussingault but is fully within it. There are several craters on the moon fall into this category and one of the most striking examples is the small crater Hesiodus The only 15 km in diameter represented by a photo taken using the Quick-map. Such craters are virtually unknown to most observers that the eyes are the moon without noticing them.
